I ...Benjamin Barber is one of my favorite writers. I use two of his pieces in my composition classes: a magazine-length version of "Jihad vs. McWorld" and another essay called "More Democracy, More Revolution." He wrote Jihad vs. McWorld almost 20 years ago now--it feels very prescient and contemporary to me even after that amount of time.
